After experiencing poor customer service in the past, I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit; the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and enjoyable, although the coffee machine was unfortunately out of order, which was a letdown. My fiancí© and I love making our way over for bagels and juice on lazy mornings together, and it's become a cherished routine that I'll miss when we eventually move away.
