Following a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle made finding suitable meals a challenge until I discovered Caribbean Cuisine's vegan options like the Chickpeas and Potatoes with cabbage and rice, which were delicious and satisfying. The friendly service and authentic flavors from this independent husband-and-wife business impressed me so much that I'm eager to return and try more of their offerings.
