While exploring Mills Ave in Tempe, I discovered CASA, where the lively atmosphere, large $15 cocktail buckets, heated outdoor lamps, and rooftop seating with a great view made for an unforgettable night. The music was fantastic, the service-especially from Karly and Keegan-was exceptional, and the shrimp quesadilla was a tasty bonus; I had an amazing time and can't wait to return.
