Craving milk tea with boba is always satisfied here thanks to the delicious drinks and wide variety of flavors available. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is consistently fast, making every visit a great experience. Cleanliness is impressive, and the rewarding loyalty program only adds to the reasons I keep coming back for more.

On 4/5 @ 4:43pm I ordered 3 boba drinks. I took them home to my family, one of the drinks I ordered was a spicy mango. Unfortunatly my daughter did not like the drink. After trying to call them to let them know and to exchange it, I drove back to JT Boba and the girls told me that they always answer the phone but sometimes they don't hear anything, I told them the phone was ringing and no one answered.
Alicia said she was in charge and said no we could not exchange it and I could not get my money back. Said it was their policy. I asked if i could see it and she said they don't have it posted in the store, I have to call J Wong. Alicia was rude and I let her know that is not how you treat customers. The other 2 drinks we ordered were really good! I was really looking forward to coming back but after this experience I don't think I will.
