we took our 13 yr old granddaughter to red lobster for her birthday, First we were never offered water, 2nd the table and walls for filthy dirty!Then we ordered our meal whichi know should have been 15 to 20 mn so I know CHEF MIC was doing the cooking,They bought my husbands food our still wraped in cooking paper ,and never even opened it up for him ,WHAT!and u know it was cooked ahead of time.which is terrible. don't u believe in cooking fresh instead of doing it ahead of time, that's totally not a resturaunt!
The waitress didn't even unwrap my husbands supper it was like a TV DINNER for crying out loud!ALSO never asked if we wanted any thing to drink, I would of been happy to have water but I guess u don't have any there unless u ask, which I never heard of since its been in the triple didgets outside of course we dont need water. and knowing it was my granddaughters birthday nothing was offered for her.WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, We cook 1000 times better than that place and that's prob why we never go out to eat and your prices for what you get sucks, just saying, you all need training in all your departments, and when someones leaves ever hear the word thank you...THIS REALLY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD, we travel a lot and have the lucky chance of going places but your place should be banned clean up your act ....to bad this wasn't undercover BOSS I have never seen so many people not doing nothing at all, never even said goodby the the front door,3 people there BTW so now what do you think, you managers better have a meeting about your cooking and cleanliness because u sure don't have it there.UNHAPPY FOR SURE,ONE MORE THING EVER WATCH Seinfeld WHEN THEY SAY NO SOUP FOR YOU, well waitress no tip for you,maybe u will get the hint and get it but I doubt it,,,,sad thing

Filthy inside on tables and to top that off the food was and looked appeared to be microwaved GROSS!!!!!! overpriced nasty food came to our table within 5 minutes get a grip doesn't take 5 minutes to cook a trout and a salmon then on top of that the dining wear was filthy and food came to us still cold worst ever in my life was sick for 3 days after eating it and service was horrific, only got one refill table of 4 the whole time we were there and never sang happy bday to my daughter for her birthday it was requested and not even a desert we also requested will never in my life go there again Ghetto Version of so called seafood chef microwave needs to be Fired!!!
