I have to say this is the best Teriyaki Chicken I have ever tasted and the Plate lunches and the sides remind me of back in home in Hawaii. Island Style BBQ Food Truck delivers more than what you pay for, and I'm glad they are here in AZ.
Chef Scott Baker is the real deal and he use to live in the Islands of Tonga for several years and you can tell by the authentic recipes that he uses!
This is the Best Food Truck out there!

ALOHA! Chef Scott Baker of Island Style BBBQ Food Truck is Da Best! Don't take my word for it just try it and you'll see what I'm talking about! The combo plates to the Island Sliders and Taco's are to die for!
I can't believe this is from the Food Truck! This is restaurant style food bar none! I know the truck will be back up and running in July due to renovations.

Its A food truck and the Food is amazing! The food is authentic and made from scratch recipes and sauces, marinades, and dressings are homemade traditional recipes.
The food truck will be up and running in July as the truck is going to a new Kitchen renovation! Its a must try food truck. The staff is very friendly and the Chef Scott Baker know how to cook.

Where do I start? The Hawaiian Asian Fusion food is Food is so GOOD! I have to say Chef Scott Baker is Da Best. I'm so happy I found this food truck and I cant wait until its Finally opening up for good in July!

I gave it 4 stars because e the line was long but I understand why! the food from the Food Truck is amazing! I have to say Chef Scott Baker knows how make local Hawaiian not feel homesick because the food is so ONO! The portions are great and they don't disappoint. I have to say waiting in line was worth it!
I can't wait until the Food Truck is back up and running in July!
