There are NO STARS given concerning my review. I believe I deserve all my money back plus compensation for my pain and suffering, as well as wear, tare and gas for my car.
It was Saturday night, my roommate and I decided to get fast food. It took over a hour to get our food from Jack in the box, and the location is only 3 minutes from our house.
USING OUR COUPONS WE WERE CHARGED $20.07, which included 2 for 5 jumbo jacks, 3 cheap chicken sandwiches, 3 chicken nuggets at .99 each 1 medium fry and drink. Rose was taking orders and payments. We did NOT receive the jumbo jacks or 1 of the nuggets but where charged for 1 jumbo jack $3.59 and did not get any jumbo jack$1.98 each for the 2 - 5 piece nuggets, which should have been 3-5 piece nuggets and were charged 13.84 plus tax. We. asked for napkins and condiments. None were given but Rose claimed they were in the bag. Actually our dog wouldn't eat any of it because it was still frozen in the middle. Then being completely unsatisfied we thought to look at the receipt. Not only were we over charged but received a bag of trash considered dinner? And were disrespected and lied too Rose took our coupons!.
