For just three bucks, you can grab a sub sandwich piled high with Monterey Jack cheese at this quirky little joint. The staff is super friendly, even though the building looks like it's seen better days. I love that it's conveniently nearby, plus they also have lottery tickets for when you're feeling lucky!
