My son and I decided to have Pete's for dinner now I know it's fish Friday and Petes would be busy I expected that what I didn't expect was to wait in line over an hour waiting for our meals which I find outrageous management is well aware that Friday's are going to be extremely busy and still failed to have the proper staff for such a busy day the workers inside had really no sense of urgency what so ever and even after pulling up to the window to pay I still had to wait an additional 15 to 20 mins just to pay and as I expected when I did finally get home food was not hot unacceptable customer service I will not be returning to the temple location and I do have 7 years experience in the restaurant business and I would never have my customers waiting in line for over an hour.
