I had the chance to enjoy a variety of tacos from Cool Beans Taco Truck at different events, and the fresh ingredients and flavorful options like blackened salmon, mahi mahi, and Korean BBQ truly stood out. The friendly service, quick preparation, and delicious sides such as chips with guacamole and grilled street corn made every visit memorable, and I'm definitely looking forward to trying more from their menu soon.
