Simple crushed tomato sauce, square cut pizza with a crust more on the thin side. Pizza baked and then the cheese and toppings are put on cold. The cheese slowly melts onto the pizza as it sits, especially if purchased as take-out and it sits in a box for a while. The toppings also heat up nicely while sitting on the hot pizza, but I do prefer pepperoni to be baked on the pizza - that is my only complaint about Beto's pizza. If you buy their pizza, buy a few extra slices and wrap them up and put in the fridge over night. It is the BEST cold pizza I have ever eaten. I highly recommend this pizza.
