The friendly and efficient staff made the experience enjoyable, and the generous portions of tender, flavorful smoked meats-especially the brisket with chipotle horseradish and Blast Furnace sauces-kept everyone raving. From catering events to food truck visits, every meal has been outstanding, with delicious sides and creative dishes that always leave me eager to come back for more.

I'm a visitor from South Cal and was lucky enough to be taken by friends to the Italian Club for the brisket...well...I was able to get sandwich size portions of the brisket, pulled pork and sausagewith sides ofor Mac and.cheese, and BBQ beans and coleslaw...OMG...ABSOLUTELY the best I've ever had...service was great, I'm a great cook but this was something I wouldn't even attempt and have never found anything this good in LA...
