After ordering pizza from dominos (around the corner) me and my disabled friend were on our was home, unfortunately it was a blizzard, so he wanted to go somewhere to rest for a while until the bus was due, i have never been to Capris's before in my life, but he is a loyal customer so he suggested it.. upon entering i decided that i wanted some fries for the wait (we walked in and sat down with the dominos boxes) i then proceeded to order, and realized i had to use the bathroom, went to the rest room and it was horrendous, feces all over the place (seriously I almost vomited in my mouth and wanted to ask for my money back it also looks like the same one employees use) i came out of the bathroom and my order was up, so i took my fries and sat dwn to share them with my friend, 5 seconds later the manager (guy) comes over and told us to get out, in the blizzard; because of the dominos boxes, after trying to explain the story about my tired (disabled) friend he continues to put me and my friend out into the cold, not to mention i had not had the chance to even eat my fries nor my drink...i asked for my money back and he said "get out before i throw those pizzas outside"

so my question was....why didnt anyone stop me before i spent my money and wasted it?? I should have just went with my gut instinct when i seen the bathroom (asked for my money back then)..but is this how u treat your customers?? Disabled and all?? Blizzard and all?? Even customers who spend money there??
Feces
i do understand that we were wrong for bringing the Domino's boxes in, but the reason behind it was legitimate..this was a HORRIBLE first impression =(
