Very tasty homestyle food. No matter what we order, the servings are quite large. The owner Joanne and her husband Rich are quite friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure your order is exactly what you want. This place is the "Cheers" of White Oak. Over time you get to know many of the patrons. This is a great place to just sit back and relax.

An elevated diner feel. The menu is breakfast and lunch but you can order dinner. The best breakfast around, hands down. The burgers are excellent, freshly made, not out of a box. You can order a dinner to go that is varied and creative in it's offerings. The baked goods are spectacular and can be ordered or she has a variety of things she has baked during the week. Just a super nice place to go.

I am absolutely in love with jacs cafe I think there food is amazing there service is amazing the pricing is so cheap and those people are just so friendly and will do anything to help you it's a very small business i believe only one cook and two waitresses work there but I think it's worth every single penny I don't care if I'm broke and down to my last few dollars I will spend it here my husband and I absolutely love it, Our family loves it, even our friends that say that they've never eaten here we pretty much make them go to jacs to try it and they always say thank you for having me try that place and how great it was. I try to go here 1-2 times a week at least but I would eat here everyday if I could, it's like perfect home cooked mean by mom or grand parents mmm im about to order there right now.

Generous portions, especially for the price. With food prices soaring in the grocery stores, Jac's has not decreased their portion sizes or quality. Kind and friendly, good food

We have eaten at Jac's many times. We have never had anything that wasn't absolutely delicious! The portions are HUGE, and the prices are fantastic. Everything is homemade, such as salad dressings, bread, soups, and all desserts. It is home-cooking at its finest, and they use high quality meats and fresh ingredients. The desserts, cookies, and candies are phenomenal and creative, and again ALL homemade. I am not sure what the person at the bottom (Rick) was thinking with his review, but EVERYWHERE charges for a plate fee these days. Besides, who is cheap enough to ask to split a $2.99 omelet anyway? Sounds like Rick and his wife need to get with the times if they have never heard of extra plate fees! We will continue to go to Jac's every chance we get, and you will NOT be sorry if you decide to eat a meal there.

Jac's - great place to meet your friends. There are regular crowds at breakfast and regular crowds at lunch, all of us can't be wrong. Come try the great experience at Jac's

Simply Amazing, the food, the waitress everything about Jac's and I almost forget the cookies and candy

review_stars 02/19/2011 - Rick
Recently, my wife and I went to Jac's for breakfast. We decided to split an omelet due to being on a diet. When we got the check there was a $2.00 charge for splitting the omelet. That was 27% of the cost of the omelet. This charge was not on the menu nor did the waitress tell us about the charge when ordering. When our waitress brought out our omelet it was not split. We had to split it ourselves. We feel this was a total rip off since it was not advertised on their menu or told to us by our waitress. We, our family and friends will never go back to Jac's. I guess business must be pretty bad to throw in a hidden charge on once loyal customers.
