This old oyster bar downtown is a true Pittsburgh classic with a casual vibe, serving quality fish, oysters, and crab on paper plates with plastic utensils. The lightly breaded oysters and baked scrod stand out, while the fish and chips and breaded oyster were just okay, but the chips were excellent. Despite one grumpy waitress, the friendly and quick service from the rest of the staff keeps me coming back, especially during busy times like Holiday Village weekend.

Discovered a fantastic spot for fish and chips recommended by our Uber driver in downtown Pittsburgh. The second oldest oyster bar in America with delicious baked scrod, salads, and crab appetizers, offering a taste of local favorites and a cozy atmosphere.
