THIS PIZZA IS STILL THE BEST AROUND.RIP.VINNY

We got a pizza "to go". We were told it would be a 40 minute wait. It turned out to be 60 min. They kept telling us"10 more minutes". When we got home, we were upset to see that the pizza was burned to a crisp. I've been eating Vincents pizzas for many years and, believe me, this was burned to the point that we couldn't eat it. We live about 30 minutes away, so taking it back for a replacement was not practical because it would have meant another 2 hour delay. The worst part is that when we called, they knew right away what pizza we were talking about. That means they knew it was burned when they wrapped it and gave it too us. They had a cavalier about it...no "sorrry we burned your pizza"...nothing. Twenty bucks down the drain!!
