Made a reservation for the 6:30 seating, which is the only option for the five-course meal that the chef curates each evening. The historic building's atmosphere, combined with fresh, farm-to-table dishes like perfectly cooked beef tenderloin and a moist Chantilly cake, made for a memorable night, though the live jazz music was a bit loud and drink service felt a little slow. Chef Jeff's personal touch and detailed menu explanations added charm, making this a unique dining experience worth the drive from around here.
