Posting what I wrote on yelp to here and yes you might think his attitude ok but it really isn't. So I went to Cartlanda looking to try something different then i usually get so I decided to go to this place and when I got there I was met with rudeness and a very unclean cart. When got to the window i waited for a good 5 minutes and no one showed then I thought that I would hit the bell so I did and the guy turned of his music so I said hello and then he turned it back on. So I thought ok maybe he didn't hear me and was working on something so I took look though the window and saw a lot of food on the ground That wasn't clean at all but I thought that ok I understand that working a cart can be messy so it was ok. I lean in and said excuse in a louder way but still he didn't hear me so I hit the bell again and he finally heard it and said that he does not need to deal with people like me so i grew tired and left. I understand people saying thats his Philly attitude but no one really should be treated this way based on the other reviews I've seen here. I wanted to eat here before now I don't want to support them if they get annoyed with people trying to get there attention then they should not have music at there cart at all. There is places I do like there that are much better are the Bamboo Cafe, Little Arabia Grill who the guy there is a sweetheart, Puddletown Bagels, and the Rock House Grill. So please if you are in the area support these businesses and maybe tell Cheesestake Nirvana to treat people better its not to much to ask at all it really not worth your time to get yelled at here.
