The cafe staff members are attentive to customers, the portion sizes are good value for the price, and the service is impressive. I prefer visiting the Nordstrom cafe over Starbucks due to the larger sizes offered for a similar price, its convenient location inside the mall, and its proximity to my workplace. As someone with lactose intolerance, I appreciate the staff's kindness in recommending suitable drink options. The positive atmosphere and helpful service have consistently left me with a good impression of the cafe.
