Customer service is so bad. The lady at the cash register is so rude. I came in with a coupon from my rewards account. Made sure my coupon was valid and upon paying, I did what the lady told me to do to redeem the coupon but somehow it did not go through; so I complained and the other lady at the counter said they cannot do anything about it. The lady at the cash register came back and got mad because I complained.
