The new owners have really stepped up the game with their delicious pho offerings on the west side. I've already been twice last week for their beef pho and even got some vegan pho broth with added chicken for my sick mother-in-law, who absolutely loved it. I'm excited to bring my vegan friends to try out their vegan pho and check out the expanded menu they've been working on since taking over the restaurant five months ago.
