The Chile Verde plate at Los Pepitos Locos truly stood out to me as one of the best in Portland. The green chile flavor reminded me of my travels to New Mexico and Colorado, where green chile is celebrated. The pupusas are my usual go-to, always delicious, especially the cheese and Jalapeño varieties.
