So good!!

Upper management openly supports their employees being rude and disrespectful.
Their mantra is "the customer is never right, and is also obviously an idiot."
Overpriced, unimaginative and poorly executed menu.. If you can find anything you'd even want to order.
I work in the service industry and I don't demand a smile or for anyone to fake an unrealistic interest in m, but the bare minimum of good, respectful service is a must.
