A big thank you goes out to John and the team at Po'Shines for stepping up last minute to cater for a major event celebrating "Black History Month." Their flexibility and attention to detail made the whole process seamless, even with the tight budget we had to work with. The food was a huge hit, disappearing within minutes, and left everyone wanting more, with many asking for their details. Po'Shines truly stands out as an authentic soul food destination in Portland, with delicious dishes, inviting staff, and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
