Every dish I tried was bursting with vibrant flavors, from the crispy lentil kofta paired with delectable dips to the perfectly spiced Indo-Chinese soy curl noodles and tender tofu in green sauce. The strong, authentic chai and the divine baked apple and carrot payasam with vanilla ice cream made the meal unforgettable, complemented by quick, friendly service and a cozy, moody atmosphere that invites lingering over every bite.
