When I think of my trips to Portland from the Denver suburb of Littleton, the trip needs to always include the Eclectic Kitchen for at least one meal. Any time of year I have yet to be disappointed in the food or for that matter the beverage selection. Coffee cups or mugs are a roll of the dice as to what it will look like which to me is part of the charm. The owner and staff are happy to adjust things to accommodate your diet. Thanks guys, wish you the best year and any new additions on the menu It's always a nice surprise! Keep it weird! See yall soon! -Tom J
