While exploring downtown Vancouver, we found Ingrid's just down the street after our initial lunch choice was closed. The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere made the experience enjoyable, and the gluten-free options were impressive, with the gyro Mediterranean salad and falafel bowls packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The combination of fresh food, unique flavors, and attentive staff made for a satisfying meal that I look forward to having again.

When my husband and I found ourselves downtown Vancouver looking for lunch, our initial spot was closed, but luckily we stumbled upon Ingrid's just down the street. The friendly welcome and gluten-free options made our meal of gyro salad and falafel truly delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions.
