I had the best huevos rancheros and Bloody Mary in Oregon, and the ingredients were impressively creative and delicious. Rori, the owner and manager, not only serves up a spicy breakfast but also engages in equally spicy and interesting conversation. I'm excited to return tomorrow for oatmeal French toast and enjoy more of the cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
