I have frequented this deli for 15 years without any issues, until recently. The addition of new staff members, Carol and Rich, has brought unwelcoming behavior, including physical and verbal abuse. Despite reporting these incidents to the owner, there seems to be a lack of concern for customer well-being, creating a hostile atmosphere.
