I ordered what I thought would be a classic bí¡nh mí¬ but ended up with a sub packed with assorted pork, pí¢tí©, and ham, and honestly, it was delicious. The fresh, crusty baguette paired with house-made mayo, pickled carrots, and cilantro made the sandwich stand out, reminding me of authentic flavors I'd been chasing around Portland. After trying numerous spots over several months, this sandwich truly hit the mark with its balance of bread, meat, and veggies, making it a satisfying and affordable meal.
