Despite some minor issues such as the awkward drive-thru tipping option and a less-than-perfect shake, the overall service and food quality remain impressive, especially with standout employees like Steven providing excellent customer care.

They really cater to those looking for something different from the regular menu. The service was quick and the staff were super nice. But seriously, having a tip option at a drive-thru is just weird and kind of awkward.
