Let’s face it people. When you stop to get a cup of coffee at 6am. You expect to get great coffee. Which you will definitely get every time. But what you also get is an owner that greets you by name and a warm smile.
The staff Marci has is just as considerate about you and the quality of whatever drink you might have ordered. Remember we are all not perfect. Ask yourself if you think you can please everyone you meet?
My wife and I think Squeeze and Grind come pretty close to meeting that goal.
