Pho Thi has been a favorite of ours for years, though the pho broth recently seemed off with too much five spice and less umami. The wings are fantastic, and while the rest of the menu is generally delicious, I really hope they bring back the old broth to make it truly satisfying again.

Wasnt sure what to expect. Was in the oregon city area googled a Pho restaurant , didnt have Pho but eneded up having shrimp, teriyaki chicken n rice. Very good food, polite, affordable. Would definitely recommend and eat here again.
