After ordering our food. After waiting for 1 hour and some change. They finally called to tell us that because we're on outskirts of Portland just before you hit Gresham( so we tell them we're inside your 3 mile radius on your on your website its states as long as you're in a 12 mile radius) .. . They tell us they won't deliver our food to us. Makes no sense we ordered close to $50 worth of food. Any company that makes up that amount of food and then decide bet they won't deliver after their own people tell you that they deliver to you... That is just stupid and wasteful! I say not a restaurant work going to never will I ever order anything or even step foot into that establishment!! If I could give it a 0 I would definitely give it a 0 if I had four thumbs I would give it a thumbs down! dumbest experience ever!!!!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I had called in an order to this location and was given the worst customer service imaginable. The person who took my order was unfriendly, and after hanging up the phone I’d realized they’d charged me about $10 more than what I’d calculated by the prices on their website. I called them back asking why there was a difference and was advised that they don’t update their website, when I expressed dislike for this (in a polite manner) the girl (Lori) advised me that I didn’t have to continue ordering from them in the future if I was unhappy and hung up on me! I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was, and upon calling back to speak to a manager she advised me that she was a manager and the only manager there. I emailed a complaint to the company with no response. I will NEVER order from this place again. With horrid customer service and mediocre food, why would I?

This food is the worst I have ever had. My whole family felt like we were dining on an old rawhide mining boot. The chicken was as dry as double smoked sawdust, smelled like wet dog tits, and had the texture of a striated planters wart. Basically, if you were to take a pile of whale turds strap them to a stick to use it to mop up an ox’s kikkoman CUMM chow mien you'd have the flavor pretty dialed in. On a 100 point scale I'd give the restaurant a minus 2 as four days later I still can’t look my family in the eyes after what I fed them that night. - Billy Mayes
