Ordered breakfast and got home and found out that they had forgotten part of my order, the French toast. So I called back and the girl that helped me while I was in store answered the phone and I let her know what happened and she's like well you can come back and get it and I told her that I had to go to work, and she's like well I'll leave a note you can come get it whenever you want to. It's obvious that she was new, for several reasons throughout my visit. I then called the next morning to pick up my French toast and asked if I could do curbside pickup, and of course I was told no I had to come in. The girl overcharged me $5 yesterday Plus tip. I have never been to a Shari's that had such piss poor service and equally disappointing food.
