That night, with the power out at home, I found comfort in the warm, authentic flavors of Lemongrass Thai, where every dish-from the spicy green curry to the tender chicken pad Thai-was crafted with care and boldness. The owner, a lively and kind soul, infused the experience with genuine warmth, making the relaxed pace and generous portions feel like a heartfelt embrace amid the Portland atmosphere.
