During a recent conference, I discovered the Shilo Restaurant just down the hall, where the staff managed to provide excellent service despite being quite busy. I enjoyed a delicious burger and perfectly salted fries, and was pleasantly surprised by the rich flavors of the Cajun pasta, which far exceeded my expectations. The friendly team, including a capable manager and attentive servers like Jesus and Janes, made each dining experience enjoyable, and I look forward to returning during my next stay in the area.
