As a sushi lover, this cozy little joint always delivers insanely fresh fish and generous portions that keep me coming back for more-Taka's tuna and the hamachi nigiri are absolute legends. The vibe is anything but tranquil, with loud tunes blasting (once it was Cher covering ABBA at full volume, which was equal parts hilarious and borderline painful) and servers who might avoid eye contact, so you've gotta assert yourself. Sure, the wait can be long and the space tight, but watching those skilled chefs work their magic right at the bar while enjoying killer rolls makes every minute worth it!

This sushi spot is always our go-to, the food is so fresh and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is that it can get pretty loud depending on where you sit, but it's all part of the rock 'n roll vibe. Just be ready for the music and enjoy the delicious food!
