I've enjoyed this restaurant for over 5 years. Ordered delivery tonight and I wasn't disappointed although the "experience" isn't quite the same dining at home. Hang in there Puerto Mazatlan! We'll all be back when COVID-19 is over.

When we moved from Southern California 6 years ago we spent almost two months searching for a Mexican restaurant as good as what we were use to. We visited about a dozen Mexican restaurants in Tigard, Tualatin and Lake O, and found some acceptable places, but we were absolutely delighted to find Mazatlan in King City. The food is wonderful and the restaurant manager and staff are so friendly and always recognize our family every time we visit. They even made a batch of Christmas tamales for us the first year that we were here. This is my children's favorite restaurant.

Similarly surprised by the negative reviews of this wonderful place. I eat there 2+ times per week and they treat me like familia. L-O-V-E the staff, the burritos and the yummy chips 'n salsa. My friendly neighborhood Mexican restaurant.

I'm surprised to see complaints about the service @ Puerto Mazatlan. We eat here app. 4x/mo. & always have excellent, cordial & fast service. Most important, the food's great & the prices are reasonable.

My 80 year old m other had a sudden attack of dizziness while next door to this Mazatlan Restaurant today just before 2 PM, and she sat at one of the outside tables to avoid passing out on the sidewalk. NO ONE was waiting for a table inside or outside, and the "host" came out of the restaurant and asked if we were going to eat. When we said she just sat for a moment he told us to leave and stood over us until we moved out of the table area. I went back in and explained the situation with my mom. Instead of acknowledging us in any way, he restated his point that if you aren't eating you can't sit in the outside seats. Rarely have I been so offended and angered. I will NEVER EAT HERE and I will ask everyone in this retirement community to avoid eating here as well. At the next homeowners meeting in the retirement community where I live in this neighborhood I will share this experience and recommend BOYCOTTING MAZATLAN RESTAURANT.

I took my family out for my 68th birthday. I had a coupon for the Tigard Mazatlan. I live in Tigard and did not realize I was at the wrong Mazatlan in the Pacific hwy. area, so my coupon was refused. Why do you have separate coupons for restaurants in the same Area. My coupon was refused and that put a damper on my evening.

Great service, friendly and casual atmosphere. They make an awesome Cadillac Margarita on the rocks and have great food - the perfect place for lunch after golf or dinner!

We have eaten here several times this last year. My girlfriend really likes the "La Crema" sauce on the enchiladas. I have always had excellent service and the waitress/waiters have been very attentive and happy to meet any request.

We have been eating at this place for about 4 years. I think that the ownership switched once since we have been here. The service is always great and friendly. We really enjoy the food.

WE have lived in Tigard and have loved going to Mazatlan in King City. The people are friendly and the food and drinks are good. We have always been happy.

Do not waste your money on this place. The food is fair if you get what you ordered. started out ordering a drink but was told I couldn't have it how I wanted it because the drinks were premade. (hello,Fresh?) I then ordered it a different way and my drink had a scary dollop of I don't know what at the bottom of the glass which I did not notice until it had been consumed (gave me the creeps) I then ordered my meal with no beans. when it arrived it was full of beans. I asked a passing employee for a spoon so that I could remove them. She was polite and apologetic but after that suddenly our waiter disappeared for the remainder of the meal.I left NO TIP I am a firm believer it needs to be earned. Also, I would have at least done something to rectify the situation.
