The whole roast pig, ordered well in advance, arrives perfectly seasoned and roasted to juicy, flavorful perfection, satisfying even the most discerning palates in my family. Their roasted duck, with its delicate balance of saltiness and spice, rivals the best I've had-crispy skin and tender meat make it irresistible, while the BBQ pork's smoky succulence keeps me coming back time and again.
