I miss the nostalgic charm of the Village and its comforting, familiar flavors from past decades. Despite some changes in the menu over time, the one constant was the impeccable taste of the Village bread, evoking memories of quality dining experiences in an old country Italian atmosphere that felt like a cherished family connection, especially since my uncle had a hand in building a part of it. Farewell, Village, you will be dearly remembered.
