My son had a track meet at USM, so we grabbed some lunch nearby during the break. I ordered The Dude sandwich with a few modifications, and it was made exactly how I wanted, while my husband enjoyed the roast beef and finished it all. One of the employees kindly gave us extra sandwiches since they had made a double order by mistake, which was a nice surprise and showed their friendly service.

We had a great experience at The Local Press, with delicious sandwiches, friendly service, and a bonus of extra sandwiches given to us by the staff. Highly recommend for a fantastic local meal outside of Portland!
