I make salads often, and when I eat one out, the Fiesta Salad from El Rayo stands out as truly spectacular-its flavor and freshness keep me coming back. The fast, friendly service combined with unique, flavorful dishes like the BBQ Pork Burrito and Carnitas Burrito make every visit enjoyable, whether dining in or taking food to go.

I'm a big fan of salads and enjoy making them myself. When I eat out, I look for something truly special, like the Fiesta Salad at El Rayo which I consider the best in the world. The combination of flavors in that salad is just dreamy! I also love their Ginger Smack Refresco to go with it. The service is fast, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is clean and open - what more could you ask for in a restaurant?
