Arrived at jade palace at 11:05 and was seated promptly by someone who said "two for buffet".... A statement rather than a question. She then told me the buffet wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I asked if that was all that was available and she said the money was available as well... She brought us two menus that was last we ever saw of her. At 11:20 we got up and just ordered takeout. I got an Alaska roll and a spicy tuna roll. Spicy tuna roll had unadvertised Crunchies in it I couldn't eat it. It also had no spicy mayo. And the bags did not include any napkins. If your restaurant opens at 11... There should be servers available to greet tables and take a drink order... And then take an order at 11! There were only 3 tables and not a Server to be seen anywhere. I won't be going back!
