I got pizza last week. 2 were fine and 2 were totally burnt and not edible. I went by in person since nobody answers the phone and spoke with Kerri the owner. She told me that she checks all the outgoing pizzas. Well these should have been thrown in the trash not served to a customer. She refused to refund me but said she would if I brought the pizza back. I made a third trip to the restaurant and conveniently Kerri ran out to do an errand??? The snooty hostess took a picture of my burnt pizzas to pass along to Kerri. It's been a week now and there has been no follow up or refund. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 35 years and was taught that good customer service goes a long way. I guess they don't care about customer service and how important it is. How rude. I am a local customer who will never go back as well as anyone I tell the story to.
