Please advise your staff (e.g. Jeannie) that she may want to hone her customer service etiquette. I've never experienced an unsatisfactory pizza & boneless chicken wing order until today. Your company's response to my complaint regarding unusually small wings was very unprofessional. Justifying her stance by stating "yah, that's how they are when they come in to us" does not cut it. The size of the wings resembled miniature nuggets, yet the price of same wasn't reduced nor was there any effort to upsize the order to the equivalency of 12 wings. All this to say, and as expressed to your employee, is that I won't be patronizing your restaurant again.
