Terrible customer service, BEST WINGS IN PROVIDENCE ARE AT PARKSIDE STEAK & WINGS at 285 park ave in Cranston, RI. Ordered and waited an 1hr 15 min wait when I was quoted 25 minutes. I asked manager to cut my bill in half for making me wait over twice as long as quoted and he said he'd speak to the owner. The owner wouldn't come to the front of the store, where 10 people were in the same position as me. I was told by "the manager" that I could just leave the food or pay full price. I paid for the food because I had hungary people waiting at home otherwise I would have left the food.
The food is ok, they skimp on the sauce after they market the sauce as "we give you enough" and charge extra for extra sauce. There are plenty of places on Thayer St and surrounding areas that have good wings at a better price. So if your a Brown student and looking for wings try other places on Thayer like Bajas Tex Mex, or Snookers Bar & Grille down the hill, or if you can make the drive for the best wings in providence at Parkside Steak & Wings.
