The atmosphere, food and people are great. It's like a small town place where they know your name. We visit quite often as it is near our place of employment and usually pick up an order for the whole dept. Owner is super nice and very generous!

Although the atmosphere is quite nice & cozy, I have experienced several rude employees who made it pretty obvious they did not want to be there. I also feel the coffee is very over priced in comparison to it's competition & considering this horrific economy. I paid $5.45 for a large iced vanilla chai. If your staff doesn't like working with the public they should not be there. If the service was great, I wouldn't mind SO much paying the extra money. It's too bad though, because there are countless people who are willing to work hard, need a job, and will treat customers with respect, yet you turn people away by hiring all young, inexperienced teens/young people who could take or leave the job & add no value to such a pretty establishment.

My Girlfriend and I love coming to Brewed to study and have some food and coffee, I think it is a great place to sit and relax and would prefer brewed to star bucks any day. I have always had pleasant service there :D

very rude staff, never smile and act like they don want to be there, and this includes the owner/manager (not sure which)......I cant wait for a Starbucks to open nearby....I will never return!

The most horrible cup of coffee I ever paid over $2 for! You could tell it had been sitting there awhile and they mixed it with some from the pot. It was a grey color and lukewarm! Don't bother.

at new location, asked for french roast...got half from glass pot, half from air pump. coffee was cold, gray, and weak for french roast. staff just ok.

Most of the staff is pleasant..there are a few that are EXTREMELY rude that take away from the potential of this cozy place!!! It is a shame that certain employees are allowed to exhibit such behavior..it definitely has to affect business in the long run!For myself..I no longer frequent the place just because of the rudeness from those certain individuals!Who wants to start their day like that/!

Decent coffee and nice environment. Manager a little rude and the owner thinks he is a gift from above but other than them, the staff is great.
