I Believe that the owner is not paying attention to what is going on with the workings of Kays ....Rolls are not fresh or they were thawed out over night...wait help need to be a little friendly do not mean to kiss butt.. Arthur on vacation place went to hell ==tables not cleared etc..different bartender every time you turn around.. table clothes need to be changed more often...thank you

I've been living in Woonsocket about 30 years, I was told Kay's had the best Steak, & Cheese sandwiches in town, I ordered one for the first time a couple of weeks ago, it was the worst steak, & cheese I ever had, it was made with very little steak which btw was steakums, it was very greasy, & way to much money, I'll never go there again, I can buy a good steak, & cheese at any sub shop in RI, A lot bigger, a lot cheaper, & a lot better!!! …
