I went to this IHOP for the first time last night and our waitress Michelle was better than amazing with the warm welcome we got and caring about our needs and working a large party without messing anything up. She was attentive to everyone and was genuinely concerned about everything we asked for being done right. But her smile made us all feel like family instead of customers.
This is my first positive visit to an IHOP and she made it 10 stars all the way. If I had to give her 1 out of 5 stars that would be insulting to her because she definitely deserves 10+
